In addition to the general sessions, you may choose between executive or management. You may choose sessions in one or both.

• Hotel Room Rates: Single/Double Occupancy - $209 plus tax per night.
  
• Conference rate available 3 days pre/post conference dates.
  
• The Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs Resort will charge a first night's deposit upon receipt of your reservation request.
  
• Hotel reservations are still being taken, based on availability.
  
• Conference registration deadline is Monday, February 23, 2009
  
  

DEPOSIT/REFUND POLICY
A $100 non-refundable deposit for you and a $50 non-refundable deposit for your guest will be charged to your credit card upon receipt of registration for the conference. The remaining balance, based on your date of registration, will be charged to your credit card on January 2, 2009. No refunds will be processed for registration cancellations received after January 2, 2009. You will receive a second charge of $234.64 from Pointe Hilton for your hotel accommodations.
